Why Register?
Welcome to our Northern Colorado area IDX (Internet Data eXchange) home search. This is not a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Search page. But it’s as close as you can get without getting a real estate license and paying MLS membership fees. You can do a few searches without registering. Registering is free and provides you all sorts of benefits:
- All of your searches are automatically saved, and you can go back and review them later!
- You can choose to receive daily or weekly email updates of your searches (or none).
- You can subscribe to an RSS feed for any of your searches.
- You can receive email or RSS updates of the changes to a single property by searching on its MLS number.
- You can add any property to your favorites so you can quickly find it later.
For registration all we need is a first name, email and pick your password! No hassles, we promise! I hate spam worse than you do and your email address will NEVER, ever be sold. Doug Lindstrom’s Team may contact you, but we DO NOT hard sell. We’re here to help.

Upon completion of setting up your search account, you should periodically receive listings via email. Also, please feel free to edit your search criteria as necessary by logging into your account.
